    No On-Site service

    What gives - i found this the hard way but no ONsite service ? I paid almost $300 more and have to ship out my laptop every-time there is an issue ! For $300 extra I am sure you can contract technicians to fix the laptop right in my apartment. If Dell can do it - Why can't Lenovo ?
